1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> This study aims to apply the concurrency of Development restriction area. So we selected Bucheon, Hawseong and Hanam city as a case study area. This system has problem that the payment time disagree with establishment time of public facility, the levy time disagree with the payment time, the levy time disagree with the establish time of public facility fee, and map of district unit plan disagree with PBLIS.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> Comparative case study<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> We suggest pre-investment of local government. And we should have regard with price rising rates, fixed deposit interest rates, and sunk cost. As a result, we expect that the concurrency will be systematized stable and effectiveness.<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> To improve each problem, we suggested bonds of local government issue, the application of prices rise ratio and interest ratio, and the establishment of district unit plan based on Cadastral map.
