CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In Korea, a considerable number of real estate business has been successfully established, although there are those which have gone bankrupt within a few years, or have no simply operated.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As is the case, the establishment of real estate business is important, but it is of greater importance that, the enterprise of real estate business exists continuously, and be made to develop.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This thesis aims to present a theory to achieve the desirable establishment of a real estate business that will continue and prosper through a study of the establishment of real estate business.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Information for this study, was collected from various statistical data, establishment theory through interviews connected with establishment of real estate business and from research literature.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;When urban land utilization is increased, the real estate activity is indispensability expanded. The real estate industry which contributes to efficient distribution and allotment of land and the structure on land, has increased according to industrial society and urbanization. In terms of contribution to national wealth, the real estate business is valued more tan high position of production. It is estimated that gravity and importance of real estate business will continue to expand in the future as well as nowadays.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The establishment of real estate business will develop briskly in the future. In this environment, this research found several important implications.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, this study will be an important theoretical base in the future in helping the establishment of a real estate business with the first of its kind to try comprehensive research with regards to the need of macro change and a whole readjustment of industrial structure.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, this study researches the variety of establishment of a real estate business, as well as its importance and kinds in order to give the enterprising men the opportunity to establish a real estate business systematically.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Third, this study will furnish scientific indicators to provide a systematic analysis for policy consideration and real needs for making the enterprising man foster, develop, and support the establishing enterprise.
