CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study aims at taking out the concept of real estate ethics, and to propose the developmental management, through analysis of the Ethics of Real Estate Brokers.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;For the purpose, the previous studies and theories concerning the Ethics of Real Estate Brokers were reviewed. And the questionnaire was ethics diagnosis the consciousness of the real estate broker, and the major statistical methods used for this research were frequency, analysis and variance.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;For this study, the questionnaires were given to 117 real estate brokers in Gwang-Ju, Jeon-nam <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analysis results for ethics conscience of real estate brokers are different by individual factors. On the basis of the analysis, to produce more qualified certified real estate brokers effectively, the following recommendations were suggested. (1) The function and position of "real estate brokerage association" should be enhance the quality of preparatory education. (2) The Implementation and Subject actualize of Life Long Education.
