The Balance and Equity in Land Development

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Strictly speaking, the difference between the definition of balance and it&quot;s equity in the land development is existing. For all that, these two definitions sometime have been mixed, and so the development without what should be have been frequently happened. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear the differences of these two definitions.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;After considering a series of the development process since the 1945 Liberation of Korea, we can judge whether we achieved the necessary balance and equity in our national land or not.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The balance have disturbed the equity and vice versa in the past development process. These phenomena have been covered up recently in the construction of administrative urban.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the future, we should draw a sharp line between the development for balance and the development for equity. We should give more attention not to mingle this with that intently.
