공영택지개발사업의 보상만족도에 관한 연구 - 발산택지개발사업지구를 중심으로

A Study on Condem ness Satisfaction in Public Land Development Project - Mainly Focused on the BAL-SAN Public Land Development Area -

&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study intends to find ways to make public land development project executed swiftly and smoothly through examining compulsory land acquisition-com pensation system and analyzing condem nees satisfaction.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this study, a survey of all involved condemnees in BAL-SAN public land development area is carried out and analyzed for a frequency test.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The result of this study shows that 41.7% of condemnees are satisfied with overall compensation process and 87.2% are satisfied with kindly manners of employees. On the other hand, 45.7% of condemnees are unsatisfied with stingy compensation, followed by resettlement plans(27.1%) and means of living measure 19.5%).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Az a conclusion, the study suggests the direction of improving condemnees satisfaction as following.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) Improvement in applying official announced land price on compensation is needed.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) Land substitution and land changing compensation should be adopted.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) Resettlement plans should be reformed.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(4) Adoption means of living measure need to be considered affirmatively.
