It shall enhance the productivity and efficiency m providing higher quality of public services in real estate. Ultimately, with the computerization, this is purposed to preserve citizen&quot;s property right by changing the current documents management system to a perpetual maintenance management system making it possible to be carried out operations more systematically, promptly and accurately.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This research shall provide working-level officials a user friendlv interface for providing more swift and prompt public services as well as managing intellectual data through construction of intellectual documents integration management system to be used in providing public services concerned to real estate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This intellectual documents integration management system shall be designed focused on working-level officials connecting with management, search, output, statistics, and other administrative management, etc. concerning to the relevant data.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Through the computerization, it enables easily to handle the relevant data and connecting work flows among departments via net work, which also makes it possible to improve the administration efficiency. Furthermore, through the consistency of data, it is possible that establishment of the advanced administration improves the quality of public welfare, accompanying the maximum performance in providing public services together with more swift and prompt services.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2.
