1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> This segmented analysisis of Jeonju city is accomplished by Multivariate Statistics. The purpose of this research is to subdivide Jeonju city into distinctive trade areas shown deposit money and number of companies.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> Multivariate Statistics<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> Results of Multivariate Statistics using deposit money and number of companies as variables show 24 trade areas, the study shows that one trade area, Junghwa is quite different from the rest of the trade areas.<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> The analysis shows 24 distinct market areas in Jeonju city that can be classified into 3 groups as follow. first group is Hoseorig Dong (8), second group is Junghwasan Dong (24), third group is Core department (1), Wan san fire station (21), Ajunsri (6), Junbuk university (9), Song Chun (10), Samik swimming pools (22), Pyeonghwat (16), Seon Sin (18), Moraenae market(5), CBD (13), Jeonju station (7), wedding street (14), Jeonju market (19), Terminal (2), Gilin electronic mall (4), Jinbuk (3), Palbuk (11), Seogok (17), Dong San (2), Seobu market (20), .Jeonju hospital (23), Nambu market (15)<BR> Primary enterprises in each group are as follow.<BR> ㆍFirst group : medical clinics and services for the aged<BR> ㆍSecond group : real estate relation businesses<BR> ㆍThird groups : enterprise that accomplish the primary function of the city Consequently, the number of enterprises in a trade area provides the Real Estate professional and understanding of that area. Real Estate professional in Jeonju city can make better investment and development decisions if they have a thorough knowledge of the its unique trade areas and the respective number of businesses.
