1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> A study background of this paper offers a Private Banking service problem subsequent and a future plan, offers real estate special human power and necessity of real estate assets design, to hold synthesis asset management.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> The study way of this paper did a question and an examination with the object 200 center customers. An examination period is five months from 2004. 11. 5th to 2005. 4. 4th.<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> A study result of this paper, 70% of family assets are real estate assets, train real estate special human power, and real estate assets program is necessary. Therefore, the component ratio of the financial assets that excluded real estate assets is approximately 30% of total family budget assets. Private Banking Service is provided with the 30% financial assets, too.<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> For synthesis asset management, 70% of family assets are real estate assets, train real estate special human power, and real estate assets program is necessary.
