A Study on the Plans for Raising Nationwide Sympathy for Cadastral Resurvey

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 성공적인 지적재조사를 추진하기 위한 국민공감대 형성 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 위해 시간적으로는 1980년대부터 2006년 8월까지로 하였고, 공간적으로는 우리나라를 대상으로 하였으며, 내용적으로는 국민공감대 형성 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 본 연구의 접근방법은 행정적 접근방법을, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법은 記述的 分析法을 사용하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구 결과, 지적재조사 추진 전 방안으로는 첫째, 공청회를 통한 국민공감대 형성 둘째, 협의회를 통한 국민공감대 형성 셋째, 여론 선도층을 통한 국민공감대 형성 넷째, 부녀회를 통한 국민공감대 형성 다섯째, 대중매체를 통한 국민공감대 형성 방안 등이 제시되었으며, 추진과정 중 방안으로는 첫째, 지적재조사의 당위성에 대한 지적홍보 둘째, 대한지적공사의 공기업에 대한 신뢰성 홍보 셋째, 지적재조사 위원회 설립 홍보 넷째, 지적조사 서비스 강화 교육 다섯째, 지적학계를 통한 토지경계 교육 실시 등이 제시되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The aim of this study is to propose plans for raising nationwide sympathy in order to promote a cadastral resurvey successfully. To achieve the aim of study mentioned above, temporal scope is from 1980th to August, 2006. Spatial scope is Korea. And contents scope is to propose plans for raising nationwide sympathy. Administrative approach is used as a approach method. Documentary survey and internet survey are used together as a survey method. And descriptive analysis is used as a analysis method for this study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As a study results, prior to executive the cadastral resurvey, we can make a consideration public hearing a conference, public opinion leaders, group of married women and mass media for raising nationwide sympathy. And then, in resurveying, some plans such as cadastral publicity about justifiability of cadastral resurvey, reliability publicity of Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation for the public enterprises, cadastral resurvey committee establishment publicity, cadastral survey service reinforcement education, and execution of boundary of the estate education through cadastral academy must be deviced.
