통일시대를 대비한 남ㆍ북한지역 재난정보체계구축에 관한 연구 - 안동지역사례를 중심으로

A Study of South and North Korea"s Disaster Information System for The Age of Unification

  재해는 예측과 분석을 통한 재난방지체계가 중요하다. 하지만 지금까지 북한은 정부적인 차원의 재난방지체계가 미흡하여, 체계적 분석이 미흡하거나 이루어져 있지 않은 것이 현실이다. 특히 재난방지를 위한 시스템분석에 요구되는 기본적인자료(Database)도 구축되어 있지 않다. 그러나 장기적인 안목으로 단계적으로 투자만 이루어진다면 현재의 재해를 충분히 방지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 GIS [Geographic Information System, 地理情報體系-]와 의사결정법(AHP & Fuzzy)을 접목하여 미리 홍수가 일어날 지역을 여러 측면에서 분석하고 이에 따른 적절한 방안을 찾아 피해를 줄일 수 있는 위험요소산정분석 및 지역평가에 관해 연구하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Disaster is important prevention system through estimate and analysis. However, North Korea government is insufficient disaster information system so far. Also, that systematic analysis does not consist of North Korea government is actuality. Specially, basic data for disaster prevention is not constructed. But, disaster is thought to prevent enough if investment consists gradually.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;It is analyzed area that flood happens using together GIS and Fuzzy-AHP method.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, research studied about method that can look for suitable techniques and reduce damage.
