지적측량을 위한 GPS 상시관측소 활용방안 연구

A Research about Applicability of the Ordinary GPS CORS for the Cadastral Survey

  본 연구는 효율적인 지적측량을 위한 GPS 상시관측소의 활용방안을 제시하기 위해 전라남도 지역에 설치된 장흥, 영광, 순천의 GPS 상시관측소와 연계하여 인근에 분포한 삼각점에서 GPS 관측을 수행하여 자료를 처리하였다. 먼저 GPS 사시관측소를 순차적으로 고정하여 고정점 수에 따른 좌표변화량, 폐합오차, 재현성 등을 분석하였으며, 이때 전라남도 일원에 위치한 세 점의 GPS 상시관측소를 참조점으로 하여 좌표에 대한 변화량을 평가하였다. 또한 폐합오차에 대한 평가는 2003년 12월, 행정자치부에서 제정한 「GPS에 의한 지적측량 규정」에서 정하여진 기준을 적용하여 정밀도를 평가하였다. 이러한 비교분석 결과는 향후 GPS 상시관측소 활성화를 통한 효율적인 지적측량의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  This study was carried out to inquiry the utilization of the GPS Continuous Operating Reference Stations(CORS) which is distributed around Jeollanamdo - Jangheung, Yeonggwang, Suncheon - area. For this object, GPS observation was carried out at the triangulation point which is distributed around ellanamdo and the surveyed data was processed. First of all, the GPS CORS was fixed sequentially md the variation of the coordinate value, misclosure error, reproducibility with the change of the lumber of fixed points was analyzed. At this time, the variation of the coordinate was evaluated about 3 GPS CORS around the Jellanamdo area as reference points. Also, evaluation of the accuracy of misclosure error was carried out according to the standard of 「A Prescription of Cadastral Survey using GPS」which was established in Dec. 2003. The results of comparison and analysis can be used IS base data for revitalization of utilizing the data which is surveyed in ordinary GPS observatories.
