建物의 合倂과 合體의 法律關係

  Recently according to continuation of construction depression, construction of building remodeling is increased boom. Amalgamation has a great vogue as one of the building remodeling, which become two adjoin and independent separated buildings be made one new building. Combination of buildings is stipulated in the Korean Registration of Real Estate Act, but merger and amalgamation of buildings is not regulated in it. Japanese Registration of Real Estate Act was enacted in 1899, is revised twice in 1993 and 2004. Regulations of the amalgamation of buildings was complemented in that Japanese amendment. The case where the building A is amalgated with the building B, the registration of an right shall be transcribed from the registration form for the building A to the item column for section A in the registration form for the building B. The need of amendment of the Korean Registration of Real Estate Act became pressing.
