With market opening, the korean real estate market is rapidly growing. Especially the rapid inroad of foreign capitals makes korean market engage in fierce competition and threatens local firms. However real estate marketing have yet not to be activated in Korea.<BR> Under this background, this study is designed to supply basic marketing information including lifestyle and buying behaviour of inhabitants in each residence types. On this viewpoint, we focused on indentifying the lifestyle, shopping behaviour, and media usage pattern. For this research, we surveyed consumers living in metropolitican areas and analyzed Questionnaires by multivariate statistical analysis. Through empirical analysis, we compared psychographic profiles including lifesyle traits, media usage, leisure patterns of each residence types.
