The problem that the traditional local markets have in common at this moment are as follows ⅰ) lack of a specialized system for education program ⅱ) lack of new fashioned service facilities ⅲ) lack of attitude of management and service for seller.<BR> In order to solve these problem and boost the traditional local markets, this study suggests following suggestions. ⅰ) development of market research professional man to manage the traditional local market. ⅱ) actualized using educational program for market seller and by market seller ⅲ) necessitate retail research Institution for education program development and activation.
