자동화 컨테이너터미널의 장비할당 최적화 비용 산정에 관한 연구

An analysis about cost estimate for optimal allocation of equipments at the automated container terminal

&nbsp;&nbsp;기존의 컨테이너터미널에서는 항만의 생산성을 높이고자 QC(quay crane)의 작업이 가능한 지체되지 않고 화물을 운반하는 데 걸리는 시간인 처리시간과 QC나 YT(yard tractor)가 지체하는 대기시간에 대한 페널티(penalty)를 부여하는 비용 산정을 통해 최적의 YT 대수를 산출하고 있다. 그러나 운영 장비와 운영 형태가 다른 자동화 컨테이너터미널에서도 최적의 무인반송차(AGV; automatic guided vehicle) 대수를 산정하기 위해 이와 같은 방식을 적용해도 타당한 지에 대한 연구나 자동화 컨테이너터미널에 적합한 비용 산정에 대한 연구가 없다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 컨테이너터미널에서 QC에 최적의 YT를 할당하기 위한 비용 산정방법으로 가장 많이 사용하는 Katta G. Murty의 페널티를 적용한 비용 산정 방법을 분석하여, 이 방법이 자동화 컨테이너터미널에는 적합하지 않음을 증명하고, 자동화 컨테이너터미널의 제약조건을 도출하여, 시뮬레이션 검증을 통해 자동화 컨테이너터미널에 적합한 페널티 적용 비용산정 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 다만, 이 연구에서의 비용 산정은 QC에 최적의 AGV를 할당하는데 주안점을 둔다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Existing container terminals calculate the number of optimized YT(yard tractor), to improve productivity of ports, by process time without delay in the work of QC(quay crane) to move cargo, and cost estimate to give penalty for waiting time in QC or YT. But automated container terminals are different from existing container terminals in operation equipment and operation type, and there is no study about whether application of this method is appropriate in calculating optimized numbers of AGV(automatic guided vehicle), or no study about cost estimate of automated container terminals.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore, this study analyzes the method of cost estimate, Katta G. Murty&quot;s method, largely used in existing container terminals, to allot optimized YT to QC, proves that this method is not proper to automated container terminals, derives the constraints of automated container terminals, and then suggests the method of cost estimate applying penalty appropriated to automated container terminals through simulation verification. Cost estimate method in this study has a main point only in optimized allocation of AGV to QC.
