This study analyzed the structural elements of transformational leadership on hotel employees" job satisfaction and organizational identification, and inquired into how moderating variables such as demographical characteristics and the features of hotels affect transformational leadership and hotel employees" job satisfaction. The ultimate purpose of this study was to provide helpful information hotel business operators and hoteliers. For this purpose, the author distributed a total of 450 questionnaires to employees working at one of 7 deluxe hotels in Ulsan, Susan and Gyeongju, recovered 311, and analyzed 289 of them excluding 22 insufficient replies. For statistical analysis, this study performed frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, One-Way ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 10.0.
