IPA 분석을 통한 수안보 온천제의 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구

An Empirical Study about Revitalization Plan for the Suanbo-Spa Festival Using Importance-Performance Analysis

  최근 들어 지역축제가 지역혁신 전략의 주요 트렌드가 되어가고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 지역축제의 어떠한 구성요인이 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 IPA분석 기법을 이용하여 지역축제에 대한 만족도와 중요도의 차이분석을 수행하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 수안보 온천제를 대상으로 응답자를 선정하여 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾고자 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 10.0으로 수행되었으며 총 222부의 설문이 획득되어 분석되었다. 분석결과 IPA 분석을 통하여 수안보 온천제의 활성화 할 수 있도록 지침하는 전략적인 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

  Recently, regional festival becomes a major trend in the regional innovation strategy. From this perspective, this study was to investigate the relationship between influencing factors of regional festival and user satisfaction. And, this research was to examine the differences between importance and performance of regional festival factors using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). For these purpose, a sample in Suanbo spa festival was randomly chosen were asked to find the factor affecting entirely user satisfaction. The data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0. Two hundred-two subjects responded to Questionnaire. The empirical findings suggest the strategic framework using IP A gives guidelines that improve effectiveness of Suanbo spa festival.
