The study is to approached through theory and actual proof to improve quality of learning environment of eating out household mascot part that is a important part of domestic franchise industry, and gropes discord solution plan through role person of franchiser and member store. Theoretically, the variables related to competition methods in eating-out industry have been extracted. Pragmatically, the degrees of consequence have been analyzed by questionnaire of franchisee. There are three subjects studied in this paper: First, if headquarters do not educate franchisees enough. Second, if the two parties do not recognize or understand each party"s roles between them. Third, if communication level is not high enough between the two parties.
