  The aim of this paper is to give you an idea how to expand from basic concept to real applications of technology marketing for international technology transfer. The demand of technology transfer is huge because companies need to bring new products to market quicker and more efficiently than they have in the past. A technology transfer center plays a significant role to utilize effective technology transaction as an intermediary. The technology trade among foreign countries would require the interface function to absorb many types of external obstacles as a technological trade buffer. The technology interface center(TIC) initiates joint programs between U.S. and Korea scientific and engineering societies, academia, universities, and other institutions. The other role of the technology interface center is to promote U.S.-Korea relationships in science, technology, and education for emerging technologies.
