평가기준 DMU중심의 공통가중치 DEA모형을 통한 성과평가에 관한 연구

  기존의 DEA모형은 투입, 산출요소들에 대한 가중치의 값이 DMU별로 다른 값을 갖게 됨으로서 평가의 일관성에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 공통가중치를 계산하기 위한 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 공통가중치 DEA모형은 의사결정자의 주관적 평가기준을 수용할 수 있도록 고안하였다. 모형을 국내 유수은행의 콜센터 자료에 적용하여 구성원의 생산성을 평가하였고, 그 시사점을 살펴보았다. 의사결정자의 주관적 평가 기준이 변함에 따라 성과평가결과에 미치는 영향을 고려하였고, 기존의 CCR모형과 비교를 시도하였다.

  We develop a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to evaluate performance of organizations using common weights. Factor weights of ordinary DEA models are not consistent, since each decision making units may have different factor weight. Flexibility of the model makes it possible to include subjective criteria of decision makers. Model is tested with a data set obtained from a bank call center. We compare the performance of the common weight DEA model with that of CCR model.
