발달장애 아동을 위한 진단ㆍ평가 연계 중재프로그램 개발 및 웹기반 전문가 시스템 구축

Development of Linked Programs for Children with Developmental Disabilities: Assessment, Curriculum, and Web-Based Expert System

  본 연구의 목적은 발달장애 아동을 위한 진단ㆍ평가 연계 중재프로그램을 개발하고 이를 웹기반 전문가 시스템으로 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 이미 타당도를 검증받은 바 있는 KEDAS(공주 영유아 발달진단 검사도구)를 토대로 하여 활동프로그램 개발에 기초가 되는 장ㆍ단기목표를 개발ㆍ타당화하였고 이후 활동프로그램을 개발ㆍ타당화 한 후, 웹상에서 전문가 시스템을 구축하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 0세～5세 아동의 인지, 사회ㆍ정서, 운동, 적응, 의사소통 5개 영역과 14개 하위영역에서 총 375개의 장기목표와 981개의 단기목표를 개발하였다. 둘째, 활동프로그램은 0세 72개, 1세 73개, 2세 70개, 3세 81개, 4세 67개, 5세 80개로 총 443개를 개발하였다. 셋째, 웹상에서 발달장애 아동의 검사를 통하여 현행수준을 파악해내고 교육목표와 중재프로그램이 자동적으로 연계되는 전문가 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 교사, 부모, 기타 전문가들이 웹상에서 쉽게 사용함으로써 발달장애 영·유아의 개별화교육에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 이 연구의 의의가 있다.

  The purpose of this study was to develop activity-based intervention programs linked to the assessment (KEDAS) through web-based for infants and children with developmental disabilities. This intervention program is a comprehensive curriculum-based program, which is characterized by linking assesment, educational goals and objectives. In order to develop the system, several steps were investigated. First of all, the total number of 375 long-term goals were developed according to 5 developmental domains and 14 sub-domains, including Cognitive, Social and Emotional, Motor, Adaptive, and Communication. Then 981 short-term objectives were developed. Second, the total number of 443 intervention programs were developed; 72 for 0 year, 73 for 1 year, 70 for 2 years, 81 for 3 years, 67 for 4 years, 80 for 5 years. Third a web-based system was developed, This web-based linked system will help less skilled teachers, parents and professionals assess, intervene and evaluate children with developmental disabilities. Moreover the system would provide useful information for developing individualized education program.
