성남시 노인의 욕구 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구 - 사회복지기관 이용 노인을 중심으로

A Study on Needs and Living Quality of the Elder in Seongnam City - Focusing on the Elder using social welfare agency

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 성남시에 거주하고 있으면서 성남시내 사회복지기관서비스를 이용하고 있는 노인 360명을 대상으로 욕구(Need)조사와 삶의 질에 대한 조사를 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구 결과를 토대로 노인들의 삶의 질을 향상시켜 노후생활만족도를 높이기 위한 제언은 다음과 같다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;첫째, 노후생활보장을 위한 소득보장과 관련한 노인복지 사업이 요구된다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;둘째, 노인성 질환을 극복하기 위한 대책이 시급히 요구된다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;셋째, 재가노인서비스의 확대실시 및 질적인 서비스 강화가 요구된다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;넷째, 사회복지기관의 경로당과 노인대학 등의 백화점식 프로그램의 지양이 필요하다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;마지막으로, 노인의 사회적 책임이라는 인식하에 공 사적 기관의 긴밀한 연계를 통한 노인대상 서비스 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 사회복지관련 공적기관은 지역사회내 사회복지기관의 적극적 지원체계 및 지지체계로서의 역할을 수행하여 노인복지발전을 위한 공동체적 역할을 도모, 노후생활만족도를 높여 노인들의 삶의 질을 향상시켜야 할 것이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper examined needs and living quality of 360 elderly who are living in Seongnam city and using social welfare agency here.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Following suggestions to promote their living quality and increase their old-age satisfaction rate were given on the basis of this paper.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, welfare works to secure enough income and old declining years are required.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, measures for them to solve geriatric diseases are required urgently.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Third, the home-service for the old need be expanded and implemented, the service quality should be thought, too.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Fourth, department-style programs such as houses for old people and university for old people should be operated by social welfare organs.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally, under the consciousness of old people&quot;s social responsibility, a close connection between public organs and private organs must develop service programs for old people. Public organs related with social welfare must practice a role as an active supporting-system and inside local communities, strive for an important role for development of old people&quot;s social welfare, increase living satisfaction rate during old declining age, and improve living quality of old people.
