수치사진측량을 이용한 수치지도의 수정 및 갱신에 관한 연구

A Study on the Application of Digital Photogrammetry for Update and Revision of Digital Map

  최근에 우리나라에서는 국가기본도 수치지도를 국가적 사업으로서 제작하였으며, 이는 향후에 지형의 변화를 반영하기 위해 주기적으로 갱신되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 수치지도의 특성에 따른 수정 및 갱신 방법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량시스템 환경 하에서 수치지도를 시험적으로 제작하고 이를 기존의 해석사진측량의 결과와 비교, 분석함으로써 수치사진측량에 의한 수치지도의 수정 및 갱신 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 밀집가옥에서는 수치사진측량과 해석사진측량의 결과에 다소의 차이가 발생되었고, 가로수의 위치의 정확도에서는 다소 문제점이 발생되기도 하였지만, 궁극적으로 대다수의 연구지역에서 수치사진측량의 결과는 해석사진측량에 견주어 볼 때 양호한 성과를 나타냈다.

  Recently, the digital map of national base map has been made as a national task in Korea. Since the terrains are changing, the digital map should be updated and/or revised periodically. The suitable methods according to the characteristics of digital map should be presented to update and/of revise the digital map. This study aims to present the way to update and/or revise digital map by using the digital photogrammetric system. The digital mapping in the environment of digital photogrammetric system was executed. And the results were analyzed and compared those with analytical plotter. As a result, some differences between the result of digital photogrammetric system and that of ananlytical plotter were observed in crowded housing zone. And the positioning accuracy of street trees was not as reliable as that of analytical plotter. In spite of these results, the mapping using digital photogrammetric system was good in many specific areas chosen in this study, comparing with the analytical plotter.
