여수, 광양 내만 해역 부유생물 군집의 종 다양성

Species Diversity of Phytoplankton Community in Yeosu and Kwangyang Inner Bay

  식물플랑크톤 군집을 여수, 광양 인접해역에서 2001년 7월부터 2002년 3월까지 4회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 몇몇의 규조류 종들이 일반적인 계절천이를 나타내었고, 광온ㆍ광염성 규조류인 Skeletonema costatum은 본 연구 해역에서 연중 우점종으로 나타났다. 한편, 식물플랑크톤 현존량은 수시로 대발생 수준(1000 cells/㎖)에 도달하였고 종 다양성지수는 전 조사에 걸쳐 0.43에셔 1.82의 범위로 나타났기에 종다양성지수의 모든 계산 값은 2.0에 미달하였다.

  Phytoplankton communities as the representative autotrophic plankton group were investigated four times from July, 2001 to March, 2002 in the vicinity of Yeosu and Kwangyang. Several diatom species were shown typical seasonal succession and Skeletonema costatum, an eurythermal and euryhaline diatom species was a dominant species in this study area. The standing stocks often reached to the level of phytoplankton bloom(1,000cells/㎖) and species diversity indices ranged from 0.43 to 1.82 during the total period, and all the values were lower than 2.0.
