소각로 운영조건에 따른 배기가스 분석

Exhaust Gas Analysis by Incinerator Operation Condition

  본 연구는 경기도 A시 소각장에서 소각로 운영조건에 따라 발생되는 배기가스의 현황을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 소각로의 온도의 변화에 따른 NOx, SOx, CO, HCL, DUST의 발생변화와 보일러 배출가스 온도, 보일러 출구산소 농도, 반건식 반응탑 출구온도, 촉매탑온도, 배출가스 온도의 분석으로 결과를 도출하였다; SOx, CO, HCL, DUST는 소각로 내의 온도가 상승함에 따라 거의 일정한 값을 유지한 반면 NOx는 증가하는 추세였다. 한편 보일러 배출가스 온도와 촉매탑 온도는 일정치를 유지하였으나 보일러 출구의 산소농도는 조금씩 낮아지는 결과를 나타 내었다.

  This study was done to analyze the condition of exhaust gas that is produced according to incinerator operating condition in A city Kyonggido. Hereupon, occurrence change and boiler exhaust gas temperature of NOx, SOx, CO, Hcl, Dust by change of temperature of incinerator, oxygen concentration of boiler, the outgasing temperature of SDS, the temperature of catalytic reactor, by interpretation of exhaust gas temperature. SOx, CO, HCL, DUST hold value changelessly according as temperature in incinerator is ascending, NOx was increased trend. On the other hand, that boiler exhaust gas temperature and the temperature of catalytic reactor are fixed but oxygen concentration of boiler result that become low gradually appear.
