유아기 영재교육 실현에 대한 논의

&nbsp;&nbsp;유아교육현장에 유아영재들을 위한 프로그램이 실천되어지는 것은 유아교육에 있어 하나의 주요한 이슈이다. 이미 “모든” 유아들의 전인적 발달이 유아교사들의 바램이지마는 현실적인 어려움은 여전히 존재한다. 이러한 이유로 유아영재 프로그램 실천에 대한 여러 주장들이 제기 되어져 오고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 논문에서는 이러한 여러 주장들을 조명한다. 또한 유아교육현장에서의 적용에 따른 제반 준비 되어져야할 환경과 여러 여건들을 짚어본다. 그리고 유아영재들을 위한 프로그램들은 결국 일반 유아들을 이해하는 기반 위에서 시도되어져야 함을 강조한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;One of the important issues for early childhood education is the establishment of a program for young gifted children in the educational field. Total development for "all children" has already been the goal for every early childhood teachers for sometime. However, real difficulties still exist today. For this reason, various theories for early childhood education are being put forth. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and shed new light on these new theories. Furthermore, this paper examines the various conditions and environments that are prerequisite for the application of these theories. The paper concludes with an emphasis on the need for a deeper understanding of the regular early childhood education in any attempt to establish a program for the young gifted children.
