창의적 환경 측정도구들의 이론적 차원과 측정학적 타당성 검토

A Review of Measurements Used in the Study of Creative Environments and Organizational Creativity

  본 연구는 창의적 환경을 측정하는 주요 측정도구들의 이론적 차원의 특성과 측정학적 타당성을 확인하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 창의성과 혁신 관련 연구에서는 물론 실제 창의성과 관련된 작업 환경 분석에 활용되고 있는 측정도구들을 검토하였다. 분석의 대상이 된 척도들은 다음과 같다: CCQ(Creative Climate Questionaire), SOQ(Situational Outlook Questionnaire), KEYS(Assessing the Climate for creativity), TCI(Team Climate Inventory), SSSI(Siegel scale of Support for Innovation), 이들 측정 도구의 이론적 차원과 측정학적 특성을 검토하기 위하여 신뢰도(내적 일관성 및 재검사 신뢰도)와 타당도(요인분석, 준거타당도)를 확인하고 관련 연구들을 정리하였다. 창의성에 대한 환경적 요인의 영향력을 검증하는 기존의 측정도구들에 대한 면밀한 검토과정은 조직 및 학교의 창의성을 측정하는 관련 도구의 개발을 위한 연구와 개인의 창의적 능력 개발을 위한 교육 및 조직의 풍토 조성에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper provdes a review of the measurements used in the study of organizational creativity. Five instruments were assessed (theoretical dimensions; reliability; validity): CCQ(Creative Climate Ouestionaire), SOQ(Situational Outlook Questionnaire), KEYS (Assessing the Climate for creativity), SSSI(Siegel scale of Support for Innovation), TCI(Team Climate Inventory).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The paper concludes with a discussion of issues relating to the development of environments and climates for creativity and potential new directions for future methodological research.
