Analysis and Suggestions on the Current Situation of Chinese Enterprise Innovation Management

  The article starts from an analysis of the origin of the innovation and independent innovation strategiesin China and highlights the importance of analyzing the current situation of Chinese enterprise innovation. Quoting the statistics from the Research on Global Enterprise Innovation by Arthur D. Little, the article compares the innovation situation in Chinese enterprises with global enterprises and finds out the major problems. Finally the writer proposestwo suggestions on improving Chinese enterprise innovation management. Firstly, enterprises should continuously improve the understanding of innovation by all levels of the society. Secondly, an innovation management system should be established in enterprises so as to increase thetechnological resources of innovation and enhance the capability in integrating and managing the technological resources, thus promoting the development of enterprise innovation.
