전자상거래시대의 효율적 사이버 물류시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구

A Study on Effective Ways to Establish of Cyber Logistics System on E-Commerce

  최근 우리나라는 백화점이나 전문매장에서 제품을 직접 구매하였던 소비패턴에서 소비자가 직접 매장에 갈 필요 없이 인터넷이나 CATV, 통신판매를 통해 소비할 수 있는 방식으로 급속히 변화하고 있다. 이러한 방법을 통한 구매는 물류 서비스의 질적ㆍ양적 성장과 함께 물류비의 절감을 위한 기업들의 경쟁을 치열하게 하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 물류 서비스의 중심인 택배업을 중심으로 우리나라의 물류시스템을 고찰한 후 사이버 물류시스템의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았다. 가장 큰 문제점으로 도출된 물류비 절감을 위해 효율적인 사이버 물류시스템 구축방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였는데, 첫째로 GPS와 GIS를 이용한 물류정보화와 둘째로는 사이버상에서 여러 물류시스템을 연계한 사이버 통합 물류시스템이다.

But now people can choose and buy a product through the Internet, CATV, Sale by Correspondence without going to a store.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Purpose of this study is to let the entire logistics system be managed in cyberspace by effectively sharing the logistics information between companies involved in the process, changing conventional commerce to electronic commerce.
