항공물류에 RFID와 모바일 CRM 기능의 적용 연구

The Application of RFID and Mobile CRM on the Airway Cargo Logistics

  본 본문은 항공물류에 모바일 CRM과 RFID 도입에 관한 연구로서 포워더의 대리점 화물이 항공사에 도착하여 목적지에 도착하는 물류에 RFID를 이용하여 화물 이동 상태를 추적하고 이에 대한 정보를 이동통신망을 이용하여 모바일 CRM 으로 포워더와 화주에게 전송하는 타당성을 검토한다. 이를 위하여 항공물류 미들웨어, 항공화물 레가시 시뮬레이터 그리고 실시간 모바일 CRM 모듈을 구성요소로 하는 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하여 타당성 검토를 수행한다. 구현된 시스템을 통하여 포워더는 이동 중에도 화물 정보에 대한 상태를 서비스 받을 수 있게 되어 모바일 CRM 의 항공물류 e-SCM 에 대한 확대가 필요하다. 본 연구의 의의는 항공물류의 대리점화물에 RFID와 모바일 CRM 도입을 함께 적용한 점이다.

  This paper analyses both the feasibility of the introduction of both RFID into airway cargos and the mobile SMS based traceability messaging to forwarders and/or senders of cargo. FOr this purpose we develop the prototype system consisting of airway logistics middleware, the simulator of airway cargo legacy information system and realtime based mobile SMS-URL messaging module and test it. The traceability data from RFID tag readers effectively delivered to the forwarder and/or sender of cargos shows the high possibily of RFID and mobile CRM on airway cargo logistics. This significance of this study is the combined application of both RFID and mobile technology.
