2006년 2월 4일부터 10일까지 Cambodia의 Agorwat의 거미상을 조사하였다. Nephila 속은 왕거미과(Araneidae)에 구성원이었으나 갈거미과(Tetragnathidae)로 전속되었는데, 다시 최근의 연구에서 Nephilidae의 거미로 분류되었다. 이번 조사에서 채집된 Nephila maculata (Fabricius,1793)를 분류학적으로 재기재 한다.
Among survey material from Cambodia, one Nephila species was collected. Here, I report this species as Nephila maculata (Fabricius, 1793) and redescribe it.
