A Study on Success Factors of a Growth of China Container Port

&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently, China container ports have grown over 28% per year. This study observed those ports with consciousness of existence of matters which were successfully affected to a growth of China container ports.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study considered in terms of three factors which are a firm&quot;s subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;According to analysis of the factor, a firm&quot;s subjective factors are the most successfully affecting ones of a growth of China container ports:(1) speedy meeting to customer&quot;s needs, (2) core marketing strategy and market-friendly relationship, (3) higher port productivity and port time reduction, (4) effective relationship of customer.
