A Research on the Problems and the Ways to Improve the Corporate Disclosure System of KOSDAQ Market

  In this research, we examine problems in corporate disclosure system in KOSDAQ market and investigate methods to reduce the problems. Once there was a time when the main role of an airport was a gate to a country. However, these days airport has been regarded as one of major industry of the country. Accordingly, the competition among international airports has been growing rapidly. In this research, principle factors for an airport to have to be competitive are analyzed and strategies for efficient and sustainable management are investigated. In this research, focus was brought into Incheon International Airport. Incheon International Airport"s financial data are compared to those of other international airports and to analyze the efficiencies of management DEA method is applied. Incheon International Airport"s revenue and cost structure is somewhat different from those of other airports and financial status are shown to be improved each year. The results of the second enlargement construction will be the key factors for the airport to continuous prosperity.
