&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to examine the contents and method of sex education and teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; perception of problems in practicing them in early childhood education institutes and home.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Kindergartens and daycare centers in Gyeonggi Province were selected. The data consisted of 154 teachers and 293 mothers.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The research instrument was modified from a questionnaire adout teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; perception of early childhood sex education and the data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, and Crosstab with SPSS WIN 12.0 version program. Crosstab was analyzed for the comparison of teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; perception of early childhood sex education.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The major Findings are follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, Mothers&quot; perception of the necessity of early childhood sex education was higer than teachers&quot;. Second, Regarding the practice of early childhood sex education in early childhood xducation institutes and home, there is a statistically meaningful difference in teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; practices. Thild, concerning the necessity of the xducation of teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; for the instruction of early childhood sex xducation, both teachers&quot; and mothers&quot; perceived it.
