This study aimed to subdivide. the customers of various and hierarchical outdoor golf driving ranges and to provide useful basic information in the differentiated management strategies and marketing changes that could cope with customer desire and values, by examining the customer satisfaction and the intention of their re-visitation for the environments of more segmentalized outdoor golf driving ranges. The study performed a survey for the users of 6 outdoor golf driving ranges located in Seoul through convenience sampling and the survey was filled up by self-administrated method 298 sheets in total were used for this study. In addition, as a result of reliability verification, it has been found that the reliability coefficient of each question was Cronbach" α= .783~.879 in all factors and reliability standard was relatively high. After examining the relationship between the environment of using outdoor golf driving ranges and customer satisfaction, it has been demonstrated that the accessibility factor and service factor largely affected the factor of facility condition and customer satisfaction, respectively. Meanwhile, when looking at the relationship between the environment of using outdoor golf driving ranges and re-visitation, it has been found that the accessibility, service and facility condition factors affected the intention of their re-visitation.
