&nbsp;&nbsp;With the rapid growth of Information Technology, electronic Alternative Dispute Resolution(e-ADR) has become available and important. It provides several kinds of on-line services such as Case Management System, e-Filing, e-triaIs, e-Appeals, e-Court rooms and Hearings, and so on.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Hence all disputes arising out of e-commerce may be resolved using e-ADR. This can cover various disputes from B2B, C2C and B2C. And because it is speedy, inexpensive and electronic form of dispute resolution, both business organization and consumers can participate in e-ADR procedure with the convenience of their business or home environment. Nevertheless it has some kinds of shortcomings as well. Furthermore as dispute resolution by e-ADR will be based. upon information of commercial or private sensitivity, the requirement for a trusted solutions provider, operating in a secured environment, has been increasingly necessary.
