This paper is to evaluate GFEZ"s result after being appointed Free Economic Zone and to suggest efficient management to strengthen the competitiveness of GFEZ.<BR> Two years have passed since the Gwangyang Free Economic Zone Authority was launched on March 24, 2004 to meet the call of our era and country to build a hub for logistics, industrial complex and tourism in Northeast Asia in the 21st centry.<BR> It is important to make special development strategy, to entice world-wide enterprise, and to operate mutual connection strategy between seperated sectors.
