2005년 1월 유아교육법과 개정된 영유아보육법이 시행됨에 따라 유치원 및 보육시설에 대한 평가인증제의 도입이 실시되었다. 그런데 이러한 평가인증제를 통해 올바른 유아교육 실현을 위해서는 산ㆍ학ㆍ관의 협력체제가 필요하다. 연구문제(평가인증제의 성공적인 정착을 위한 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 협력모형은 무엇인가?)를 해결하기 위해 델파이 기법과 AHP(계층적 분석과정) 기법을 활용하여, 효과적인 협력전략과 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 주체별 역할에 대한 상대적인 중요도(우선순위)를 기입하고, 문헌분석의 ECECS사례에서 살펴본 4R(상호존중, 관계확립, 강점강화, 반성적실제)를 추가하여, 평가인증제의 성공적인 정착을 위해 산ㆍ학ㆍ관이 연계된 협력적인 파트너 관계로서의 협력모형을 전체적인 맵 형태로 제시하였다.
This research"s purpose is to draw effective collaboration strategies (research theme 1) and collaborative model (research theme 2) of fields, colleges and government in order to successfully settle down the accreditation system under this kind of cooperative system.<BR> First, research theme 1 (efficient collaboration strategy of fields, colleges and govenment) was analyzed validly and reliably and the agreement of opinions among panel groups appears to be relatively high. In this research 7 items which were selected as effective collaboration strategy of fields, colleges and government appeared to be high in validity, reliability and the agreement of opinions among panels.<BR> Second, research theme 2 (What is the collaboration model of fields, colleges and government to successfully settle down the accreditation system of early childhood education facilities?) I described fields, colleges and government"s own role which was understood in research theme 1 (effective collaboration strategy), and relative importance (priority). And I also added 4 Rs (Respect, Relationship, Reinforce Strengths, Reflective Practice) which were reviewed in the ECECS case of the literature analysis and proposed collaboration model in a form of map as a cooperative partner which was linked by fields, colleges and government to successfully settle down the accreditation system.
