This study is aimed to derive a strategic plan for stepping up N"s competitive edge in food materials business and present its direction by seeking ways of invigorating its food materials store, workingout ways of effectively using distribution of agricultural products, its original business, in food materials business and investigating and reviewing ways of coping with the distribution of imported agricultural products resulting from the opening of their markets in multilateral ways.
