A Study on the Legal Aspects of Establishing Ship Supplies Distribution Center in Busan Port

  This study tries to review the legal aspects of building ship supplies distribution center in Busan port which will be established very soon. Among some various alternatives, Busan Port Authority(BPA) invests in real estate and the association of ship supplies distribution center constructs its building respectively and then it is best recommended to be operated by a separate corporation. In addition to this, the area will be designated by free trade zone based on the agreed opinions of ship supplies companies at the age of customer satisfaction. The main result of this paper has a significant implication in the second ship supplies distribution center to be built in other Korean ports.
