A Study on the Countermeasure through the Analysis of Domestic Exporting Companies" Damage for the Imitation Goods in China

  The purpose of this study is to find out the status of actual case investigation of damages arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights, particularly in respect to the distribution of bootleg products and imitation products in China, and to present the responsive plan on the damages to the domestic companies from the recent imitation products by analyzing the above findings. For concrete undertaking, it is to indicate the plan for efficient response strategy against the imitation goods for the domestic business enterprises and to present the possible alternative and plans when domestic business enterprise attempts to establish strategy to prevent the imitation products when advancing into the new market. Furthermore, the study is aimed at providing the fundamental data to establish appropriate and efficient preventive policies when the government establishes the policy to prevent the infringement on the intellectual property right as well as presenting the responsive action plan.
