Use of Coupons for Eat Away from Home among Adolescents

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to find the use of coupons for eat away from home among adolescents. The main results were as following;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, the adolescent used coupons most in the places for fast food, and the types of coupon adolescents used most were found to be discount coupons for beverages or desserts. Those results implied that adolescents may more eat fast food because of coupons. Second, most adolescents knew there has been coupon, but did not know much about what is the coupon exactly. Third, most adolescents perceived that they can save some money because of coupons. Thus, they took a time for collecting coupons for economic sake rather than thinking of wasting time, but they did not enjoy collecting coupons or they were habited in collecting coupons. Those results implied that adolescents were very sensitive to the economic situation. Fourth, the adolescents who were girls, in high school were found to be more use coupons than their counter parts. Fifth, it was found there was a relationships between monthly household income and expenditure in away from home among adolescents. It was found the middle class of monthly household income used more coupons than the others, and the less expenditure in away from home, the more use in coupons. Sixth, it was found that the higher of the perception level toward coupons, the more use of coupons among adolescents. Seventh, it was found that the higher of the perception level toward coupons&quot; economic value, the more use of coupons among adolescents.
