국지동학과 부문간 불균형 성장, 구조전환의 내생적 논리

Localized Dynamics and Unbalanced Sectoral Growth, Explanation of Endogenous Structural Transformation

  경로의존적인 국지동학의 존재는 시장경쟁을 통한 균형화 경향과 이러한 균형화 과정을 통해 만들어지는 내생적 구조전환의 가능성을 통합적으로 설명하기 위한 한 가지 방법이다. 이 논문에서는 칼도어와 로위의 비균형 구조동학 모델을 이용하여 기술-산업부문간 불균형 성장에 의해 발생될 수 있는 성장장벽이야말로 구조전환의 내생적 원인이자 혁신적 기업가의 등장을 위한 기회공간을 제공한다는 점을 밝히고, 이를 통해 슘페터가 직면했던 ‘왈라스 함정’에 대한 이론적 대안을 제시 하고자 한다.

  Explanation of endogenous structural transformation that is stemming from the tendency of equilibrium could be made by referring to the existence of localized dynamics. In this paper, the author would like to argue, based upon Lowe and Kaldor, that the unbalanced growth between different techno-economic sectors might generate endogenous pressure to structural transformation.
