한국 상장기업의 산업 및 기업유형별 생산시스템 분석

An Analysis of the Production System by Industry and Enterprise Types of the Korean Listed Firms

  이 논문은 한국 상장기업(증권거래소 및 코스닥)의 생산시스템을 산업 및 기업유형별로 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숙련자질, 경영참가, 네트워크 등과 같은 생산시스템관련 개별요인에서 산업유형별 차이가 존재할 가능성 있다. 둘째, 기업유형별로는 고부가가치 기업, 비IT기업, 비IT제조업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 결과에서 다수의 생산시스템 관련 개별 설명변수가 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 우리나라의 상장기업들이 지식기반경제에 적합한 신생산체제로의 이행을 위해서는 생산시스템 영역 가운데 경영구조와 교육훈련 및 숙련형성에 대한 보다 적극적인 혁신이 필요하며, 기업 간 및 지원기관 간 관계에 대한 실효성을 높이는 노력이 필요함을 시사해 준다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper is purposed to analyze the production system by industry and enterprise types of the Korean listed firms(KRX and KOSDOQ). The key result of this analysis can be summarized as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, the difference by enterprise types was found in individual factor of production system, like quality of skill, participation in management and network etc.. Second, by enterprise types, the many individual variable of production system gives an meaningful effect on the result of regression which was about high added-value enterprise, non-IT enterprise, and non-IT manufacturing industry.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the long run, to shift the Korean listed firms to new production system which fits in the knowledge-based economy, managemental structure, educational training and skill formation in the middle of production system field need more constructive innovation. Also, this implies that people should endeavor to increase practical effectiveness concerning the relationship among the firms and among the supporting organizations.
