농촌지역 여성노인의 부부의사소통에 영향을 주는 요인 분석 - 충북지역 C군을 중심으로

A Study on the Couple Communications among the Married Women of the Elderly in the Country

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 농촌지역에 거주하며 배우자가 살아있는 60세 이상의 여성노인 300명을 대상으로 여성노인의 부부의사소통 실태 및 이에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과 가부장적 문화의 영향을 받고 있으면서도 현실적으로 속마음까지 털어놓을 수 있는 대상이 배우자밖에 없는 노인 단독가구 상황에서 여성노인의 부부 의사소통은 비교적 원활하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;부부의사소통은 여성노인의 나이와 학력, 부부의 결혼생활 목표와 부부관계 유형에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 부부 의사소통에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부부평등에 대한 배우자의 생각과 부부관계의 구조와 가치와 같은 관계적 요인이 중요하다는 점이 확인되었다. 이는 평균수명이 연장되고 노인 단독가구가 증가하는 현실에서 노년기 부부관계의 중요성을 고려한 프로그램을 구성할 때 사회변화에 대한 적응과 부부관계향상을 포함한 의사소통교육이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study has been conducted to understand the present situation of the couple communications among the married women of the elderly in the country, and provide some basic data of the alternative measures for them. For these purpose, it has been surveyed the couple communications of 300 married women of the Elderly over the age of 60, living with the spouse in the Chungbuk. And it has been analysed factors affecting communications between the husband and wife.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As the result of this study, it is showed that there was high level of the communication between husband and wife. And it is noticed as follows : First, the couple communications had significant differences among various groups according to levels of educational courses, goals of marriage life, and marriage styles. Second, husband’s attitude to the equality of husband and wife and goals of marriage life influenced couple communications considerably. In conclusion, the elderly couple households is rapidly increasing in family structures of our society. Therefore it is required to have more concern not only in individual and socioeconomic factors but also in relations and values for improving marriage life.
