보육시설 자원봉사 활동의 만족도 증진을 위한 방안 모색

Research for satisfaction promotion of nursary school volunteerism activity

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 12시간 보육을 원칙으로 연중무휴 운영되는 보육시설에서 자원봉사자를 통해 보육의 질 제고에 기여하고자 기관장과 예비교사의 자원봉사활동에 대한 인식차이를 알아보고, 교사의 만족도와 봉사자의 만족도를 통해 역할기대와 역할 수행간의 차이를 최소화함으로써 만족도를 증진시키고자 조사연구를 실시하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;조사결과, 기관장은 수업준비와 관련한 도움을 원하고 있었으나, 교사들은 수업은 고유의 영역으로 인식하고 일상 활동 전반의 보조에서 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 봉사자들도 책임이 부여되지 않는 활동 중에서도 유아와 접촉이 가능한 활동에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2005년도 보다 2006년도에 봉사활동이 더 많았다고 응답함으로써 자원봉사활동 시 기관에서 요구되는 역할수행의 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 넷째, 봉사활동을 시작하면서 봉사자들은 인간적 배려 없이 시키는 것을 걱정하고 있었으며, 유아들이 봉사자의 존재를 인시기하지 못하는 것에 대한 걱정과 불명확한 기관의 지침이나 지시를 우려하고 있었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구를 통해 보육시설에서 예비유아교사를 자원봉사자로 활용하는 방안은 학년이 높을수록 실습 및 취업을 위한 준비로 인식하고 적극적으로 봉사활동을 함으로써 보육시설에서의 인적자원 활용방안의 확대가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This research wished to minimize awareness difference about volunteer which is preparing early childhood education teacher and infant teacher and heighten satisfaction. The results are as following.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, director of an institution is highest role expectation about &quot;Class assistance&quot; activity. The other side, res eve infant teacher in high role expectation about &quot;Classroom cleaning&quot;, &quot;Enviornment composition&quot;.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, was expose that do more that servants forecasted &quot;Classroom cleaning&quot;, &quot;Meal assistance&quot;, &quot;Play assistance&quot;.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Third, teacher was expose that satisfy more about &quot;Classroom cleaning&quot;, &quot;Meal assistance&quot;, &quot;Play assistance&quot;.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Forth, there was difference in degree that servants do service activity according to school year, degree that think that is important, degree that worry.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This research presented practical use method to secure manpower of nursary school, and increase satisfaction.
