종일제 유아교육 프로그램 모형 개발 - 프로젝트 스펙트럼 프로그램을 중심으로

Research of Korean Day-care program model development : associate with Project Spectrum Program

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 구체적인 종일제 프로그램 개발이 시급한 한국의 교육 실정에 따라 하버드 대학의 연구인 프로젝트 스펙트럼 프로그램을 중심으로 종일제 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 프로그램은 다중지능 이론과 비보편 발달 이론에 기초하고, 개별 유아의 맞춤형 교육과정, 다양한 학습 경험의 제공, 유아의 잠재능력 개발, 유아교육기관ㆍ유아ㆍ가정ㆍ지역사회의 원활한 연계를 교육 목적으로 한다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;교육 내용은, 한국적 실정에 맞도록 고안된 9개의 영역별-언어, 음악, 수학, 과학, 기계와 도구, 시각적 예술, 사회적 이해, 동작, 자연친화 생태-구성으로, 각 영역의 학습센터에서 활동 할 수 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;프로그램의 운영과 교육 내용에 대한 개별 유아의 평가는 지금까지 표준화된 지필식 검사의 사용을 지양하고, 활동 과정중의 수행 평가를 지향한다. 내용으로는, 유아 개인별 portfolio - 아이들이 수행한 작업 산출물, 다양한 미술 작품들, 시, 저널, 점토 공예, 체크리스트 등 -부모 질문지, 각 영역에서의 활동 수행에 대한 체크리스트, 활동 유형분석표, 영역별 주요 능력 등을 활용하여 평가할 수 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Centered by project spectrum program from Harvard University&quot;s study of multiple intelligences, the purpose of this research is to develop the day-care program model, in accordance with educational circumstances in Korea where developing the definite whole day program is desperate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The core concept of the suggested day-care program, using project spectrum is based on Howard Gardner&quot;s &quot;The Theory of Multiple Intelligences&quot; and David Feldman&quot;s &quot;Theory of Nonuniversal Development.&quot;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The conviction that each child exhibits a distinctive profiles of different abilities, or spectrum of intelligences are assumptions that this research is relied upon. The degrees of these intelligences are not fixed, instead, can be enhanced by educational opportunity and an rich environment that has stimulating materials and activities. Teachers can use these each child&quot;s information to design an individualized educational program. Also, these make possible to make harmonious educational relationship among Kindergarten, infant, family and local community resources, such as physical resources or utilize mentor system.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Detailed education contents will be divided into various fields-language, music, mathematics, science, machine and tools, visual art, social understanding, movement, natural harmony ecosystem. Also, learning center for each domain will be organized for day-care program. This program can be evaluated through children&quot;s portfolio, the work sampling system, description of key abilities and teacher&quot;s observation.
