The Interaction between Mother nursing her infant and Grandmother

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 친조모와 외조모가 유아를 출산하기 전과 후의 상호작용이 어떠한지, 조모가 지각하고 있는 상호작용은 어떠한지, 조모와 어머니가 함께 지각한 출산 전, 후의 상호작용은 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구대상은 24개월 미만의 첫 번째 영아를 둔 친조모와 외조모가 영아 어머니와 쌍이 될 수 있는 대상자 120명을 질문지와 면접법을 이용하여 연구가 이루어졌다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구결과는 친조모가 출산 전과 출산 후의 상호작용활동을 외조모보다 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 조모가 스스로 지각한 상호작용활동에서는 친조모와 외조모 모두 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 조모는 출산 전과 출산 후의 상호작용을 많이 한다고 보고한 반면, 며느리 또는 딸 입장의 영아 어머니는 조모들보다 상호작용 빈도와 방법에 있어 적게 하고 있다고 답하여 두 입장간의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구결과를 통해 보육의 다양화가 이루어지는 현 사회에서 친조모와 외조모가 영아를 둔 어머니와의 상호작용이 어느 정도인지를 알게 되어, 미래 보육활동에 참여할 역할의 지지자에 대한 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to examine how to Interaction between has the first infant under 24 months and grandmother,<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The subjects were 60 pairs of mother as a housewife who has the first child under 24 months and grandmother on mother&quot;s side or father&quot;s side using the inquiry paper method and interview. To take answer, it was distributed/explained directly to each person and then filled out the inquiry. Total 120 sheets were used for final analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of analyses for this study are as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Interaction between grandmother and mother was shown that father-side grandmother often interacted more than mother-side grandmother. It was shown that while mother-side grandmother interacted with mother &quot;everyday&quot;, mother-side grandmother interacted with mother just 2 to 3 times per week, or 1 to 2 times per month.
