유아교육기관의 부모교육 유형 및 선호도

The Preference and Types of Parent Education in Early Childhood Center

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 실시하고 있는 부모교육 유형을 파악하고 교사와 부모가 선호하는 부모교육 유형의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 기관에서 실시하고 있는 부모교육 유형은 4곳의 대학부속 유치원과 한국 어린이육영회의 유형을 참조하였으며, 실제 조사는 경기도에 위치한 13곳의 유치원과 12곳의 어린이집을 대상으로 하였으며, 선호도 조사는 교사 22명과 부모 190명의 설문지를 토대로 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구결과 유아교육기관이 실시하고 있는 부모교육 유형은 5개로 범주화하였고, 19개의 구체적인 유형으로 분류되었다. 교사가 선호하는 부모교육 유형은 부모면담, 참여수업, 오리엔테이션, 가정통신문 순서였으며, 각종 부모회의, 자원봉사활동, 워크숍, 강연회를 덜 선호하였다. 부모는 부모참여수업, 각종 행사참여, 부모면담의 순서로 선호하였고, 각종 부모회의, 워크숍, 전문적 부모교육을 덜 선호하는 것으로 나타나 부모들은 유아들의 수업 장면이나 유아에 대해 구체적으로 알 수 있는 방법을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study intended to find out preference and types of parent education in early childhood center. Types of parent education based on a survey of 13 kindergartens and 12 day care centers in Kyunggi-Do. Preference of parent education based on a survey of 22 teachers and 190 parents of enrolled in 10 early childhood center in Kyunggi-Do. The data were analyzed with frequency, percentage.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The chief findings are summarized as follows :<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1) The types of parent education at early childhood center were practiced are 5 categories and 19 items.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2) Parents were Preferred to parent participation for lessons and events, personal interview of parent education.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3) Teachers were Preferred to personal interview, orientation, printed materials for information of parent education.
