To obtain this study purpose, the existing and new viewpoint of real estate business has been reviewed in terms of area, the cooperation and connection framework for establishing has been addressed in terms of means and objective.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The reference of literature was collected as the research method and a description access mothed was applied<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The findings of the study summarized as follows: ① Review of existing and new real estate business area ② Composing the cooperation framework as means for establishing ③ Composing the connection framework as objective for establishing ④ examining the case of cooperation and connection framework for establishing ⑤ groping the desirable direction for establishing.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The future direction of the establishment of real estate business will be developed in complying with information technology development and changing way of thinking will be the most important factor as follows. First, the establishment of real estate business should be done with a comprehensive thinking on environmental change. Second, it should be based on a positive thinking for complying with changing environment. Third, a effective thinking is required on social and economic benefits m the establishment of real estate business.
